ten(s)

a friend of mine and i were at baker's street saturday night. she's my personal trainer. she tries to motivate me to get my lazy self in shape. earlier this week, as i was struggling through a bit of her routine, she was pointing out men she found attractive and asking my opinion.

nope.

what about him?

nope.

what about him?

nope.

but he's english!

he's too pretty and has bad teeth.

one of us (i say she, she says me) came up with the idea of going to a bar so i could scope out the guys so that i could show her my definition of a ten.

and so that is how i spent this saturday evening, copping a squat on a stool at baker's street's bar, sipping a colorado bulldog followed by an iced tea, evaluating the patrons.

none of'm were tens. none.

so here you are, m'dear.

ten (fictional ... i know) men i consider tens. not (necessarily, though it certainly helps) the men in the photos, but (also) the characters they represent.
